As Jim Halpert on The Office, John Krasinski became a household name when he purchased this 1,300-square-foot starter home. To make the transition from The Office to other projects easier, Krasinski put his house on the market for sale in 2009. When he first put the price at 1.245 million dollars, he decreased it to 945 thousand dollars in 2011. As a result of its “English country-cottage design” construction in 1926, the Hollywood home has a rustic charm.

High ceilings and hardwood floors were typical in the fenced-in home. The property had a total of three bathrooms and three bedrooms, as well as a separate studio apartment for a visitor. For unknown reasons, the identity of the buyer and the amount of money they paid for the property are unknown.
