Antonio Banderas may be the luckiest man in Hollywood, but he lacks the Midas touch regarding real estate. He purchased Melanie Griffith out of their Central Park condo when he and his ex-wife decided to part ways. However, in 2018, the actor decided to sell the 6,000-square-foot home he had built for himself.
Although it is located in what many New Yorkers consider their ideal neighborhood, the house is still on the market for $7.45 million. Banderas was still trying to sell the pad as recently as July 2020, despite knowing that an actual bidder was unlikely to materialize anytime soon.
