Rachel Ray’s Southampton, New York, the home went on the market in 2017, but the famed chef’s expectations of a quick sale were not reached. Even though the $4.9 million asking price was reasonable, Ray could not secure the gorgeous property.
Ray sold the three-bedroom, five-bathroom house for $3.25 million midway through 2020, a considerable fall from the original asking price of $4 million. At least it was a success in the marketplace! A buyer was found after a three-year search, but he didn’t pay her the sum she was hoping for.
