Jada Pinkett Smith – stark & vielseitig
Jada Pinkett Smith ist viel mehr als die Frau des Hollywood-Schauspielers Will Smith. Sie beeindruckt auf diesem Foto mit einem blauen Bikini mit weißen Akzenten, kombiniert mit goldenen Halsketten und Armbändern, während sie vor einem strahlenden Himmel am Strand posiert. Die Schauspielerin aus “Matrix” und “Gotham” setzt auf Yoga, Fitnessgeräte und Workouts mit leichten Gewichten, um ihre tolle durchtrainierte Figur zu erhalten.
Ihre Ernährung basiert zum Großteil auf Huhn, Fisch und frischen Zutaten, während sie Rind- und Schweinefleisch komplett meidet. Neben ihrer Schauspielkarriere war Jada Leadsängerin der Metal-Band “Wicked Wisdom” und ist die Autorin des inspirierenden Kinderbuchs “Girls Hold Up This World”, während sie zwei talentierte Kinder großzog.
