Die “Friends”-Schauspielerin Courteney Cox beeindruckt vor einer malerischen Küstenlandschaft in einem schwarzen String-Bikini mit weißen Nähten und einer eleganten Sonnenbrille, wie sie gekonnt am Steuer eines Bootes steht und wie immer eine tolle Figur macht. Courteney bleibt durch ein Trainingsprogramm fit, das Laufband-Workouts, Klimmzüge und Kniebeugen umfasst. Ihre Ernährung ist einfach und effektiv, denn sie verzichtet komplett auf Frühstück, genießt Proteinshakes, frisches Obst und gelegentlich ein Truthahn-Sandwich.
Neben ihrer Schauspielkarriere hat Courteney eine Leidenschaft für Musik und spielt Klavier sowie Schlagzeug. Als Regisseurin eines “Snow-Patrol”-Musikvideos zeigte sie zudem ihr Talent hinter der Kamera und bewies, dass ihr kreativer Horizont weit über die Schauspielerei hinausreicht.
