Brooke Shields – stark & elegant
In einem orangefarbenen Bikini, einem eleganten Hut mit breiter Krempe und funkelnden Armreifen zieht Brooke Shields am Strand alle Blicke auf sich. Schon als Teenager wurde sie durch ihre Rolle in “Die blaue Lagune” weltberühmt. Es folgten weitere Produktionen wie “Plötzlich Susan”. Sie bleibt mit knapp 60 mit einer Mischung aus Cardio-Übungen und Pilates fit.
Nach einem lebensgefährlichen Unfall im Wasser hat sie ihre Ernährung angepasst und setzt jetzt auf nährstoffreiche Lebensmittel. Als talentierte Autorin hat Brooke mehrere Bücher veröffentlicht. Ihr bemerkenswerter Erfolg begann schon früh: Mit elf Monaten hatte sie ihren ersten Job und mit 14 war sie das jüngste Model auf dem Cover der Vogue.
