35 ANNI DOPO IL DISASTRO DI CHERNOBYL – ECCO COME APPARE OGGI
GLI SFORZI COOPERATIVI DELLE NAZIONI UNITE
Gli edifici scolastici abbandonati sono una delle conseguenze del disastro di Chernobyl che si è verificato quasi 30 anni fa. Dopo che la notizia dell’incidente ha iniziato a raggiungere ogni angolo del mondo, diverse organizzazioni benefiche si sono unite e sono intervenute per fornire soccorso alle persone che si stavano riprendendo dagli effetti dell’esplosione. Nel 2003, le Nazioni Unite hanno lanciato il Programma di Ripresa e Sviluppo di Chernobyl con l’obiettivo principale di dare una mano all’Ucraina nel mitigare le conseguenze dell’incidente in e intorno a Chernobyl. Sono state anche fornite polizze assicurative per la casa a tutti coloro che hanno deciso di tornare alle proprie radici.
