This may seem like a toy collection of tiny airplanes, but this is the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base near Tucson, Arizona. This has been a major installation in the United States since 1925, and it played a significant role in a lot of wars, including WWII and the Cold War.

Apart from the Lockheed EC-130H Compass Call vehicle, the base is also home to the A-10 Thunderbolt II. On top of this, it also stores the Boneyard, said to be the world’s largest aircraft storage and preservation facility. Surely, this will be a nice treat for anyone studying jets and history.
