Alfredo Castro es uno de los actores y directores de teatro chileno más destacados de su país por su excelente actuación, además pertenece al grupo de actores llamados “camaleones artísticos”.
Aunque empezó su carrera en el Teatro Universidad de Chile, sus primeros pasos en televisión fueron en De cara al mañana y La Represa. En el cine debutó en el drama Fuga 2006, y obtuvo fabulosas críticas por su gran actuación en Tony Manero, así como en Post Mortem, así como en papeles protagónicos como Desde allá y El Club.
Hoy, Alfredo con 55 años y luciendo muy bien, aún continúan sus éxitos debido a sus excelentes actuaciones, que lo hacen merecedor de grandes reconocimientos y premios, tanto como mejor actuación masculina, mejor actor de cine, mejor actor de reparto, entre muchos más. Alfredo es un modelo a seguir para todos los jóvenes actores.
