Noelia Arias es una actriz y vedette chilena, considerada una de las actrices más eróticas de la televisión abierta de la época. También estudió actuación profesional y luego clases de DJ con grandes DJs destacados.
Aunque su fama se debe a su gran figura e imagen, Noelia obtuvo gran popularidad al participar en El Sótano, donde fue bautizada con el nombre la Licenciada Tetarelli por sus grandes atributos, pero Noelia fue más allá, llegando a participar en otros programas como Infieles y Vamos Chile.
Hoy en día, luciendo más joven de lo que aún es y luciendo siempre su espectacular figura, se dedica a ser DJ con gran éxito. Además, es muy activa en sus redes sociales, en los que comparte su rutina diaria de ejercicios para mantenerse siempre en forma, ya que desde hace algún tiempo practica crossfit.
