A vencedora de 24 anos da 15ª temporada provou isso com a sua perda de peso de 70 kg. Infelizmente isso causou alguma controvérsia entre os telespectadores e o advogado de Rachel teve que se envolver devido a todo o bullying. A dieta extenuante e o regime de exercícios de Rachel podem ter ajudado a perder peso muito rápido, mas a jovem sentiu que não estava mais confortável. E ela engordou 9 kg após o show, e esse é peso que ela gostaria de manter.
