O astro do basquete aposentado e analista esportivo Charles Barkley acumulou peso ao longo dos anos, e teve que passar por uma rotina rigorosa de exercícios e dieta para voltar à forma. Como a maioria dos atletas e esportistas, Barkley também ganhou peso depois que parou seu treinamento regular. Felizmente, seu personal trainer e uma dieta de legumes ajudaram Barkley a perder 18 quilos, recuperando a forma. Enquanto o astro do basquete parece grato por sua perda de peso, ele não parece muito interessado em continuar sua dieta vegetariana. “Ela é uma merda…” ele diz, e estamos ligeiramente inclinados a concordar!
