Susan Ferguson, mais conhecida como Fergie ou a mulher na frente do Black-Eyed Peas, ganhou bastante peso durante a gravidez. Logo, ela procurou perder o peso e encontrou-se seguindo o plano de dieta de 1.200 calorias por Carrie Wiatt. Fergie perdeu quase 9 kg em poucos meses, e para manter sua aptidão continuou com uma dieta de 1.600 calorias por dia, seguida de exercícios. Tudo o que esperamos é que ela possa continuar a ficar longe das drogas, porque ninguém quer uma visita a um centro de reabilitação, não é?
