These Celebrities Served In the Army Before Becoming Famous, Some of Them Were in World War II

Charles Bronson

Charles Bronson starred in movies like The Magnificent Seven, The Dirty Dozen, The Great Escape, and Once Upon A Time In The West. He was the first person in his family to pass high school. In fact, his family was so poor that he had been working in coal mines before he went to serve the nation for World War II. He became an aerial gunner in the US Army Air Force. Thankfully, his injuries from the war were not too serious, and he didn’t have to undergo a surgery for them. He came back from war, took training in acting, and went on to become a great actor. That ended his family’s days full of woe, and hopefully, they didn’t have to take a mortgage again.
