These Celebrities Served In the Army Before Becoming Famous, Some of Them Were in World War II
Sunny Anderson
Sunny Anderson from the Food Network, who became famous with shows like How’d That Get On My Plate and Cooking For Real, grew up as an army brat — meaning either of her parents or both her parents were serving full-time in the military. Being the daughter of military veterans, she got to travel the world. She joined the US Air Force when she was of age. Even in the military, she worked as a radio host and also at the Air Force News Agency. After coming back to a civilian life, she started her catering business and also became a radio host. There was no looking back after that.
