A modelo Kate Upton estampou diversos anúncios e capas de revistas, tornando-se uma das modelos mais famosas e bem pagas da indústria. Ela até mesmo realizou um ensaio sensual para a revista Sports Illustrated, que a fizeram brilhar como nunca. Kate escolheu um carro Tesla Model S, um automóvel super prático e ecologicamente viável para a rotina atarefada da modelo.
O utilitário custou US$100 mil (R$400 mil). Mas, para ostentar, ela comprou um carro três vezes mais caro e que parece ter saído de uma revista sobre automóveis: uma estonteante Mercedes-Benz SLS 6.3 AMC. O carro é ultratecnológico e tem uma aparência orgulhosa e futurista. Ele custou cerca de US$248 mil (R$1 milhão), e deixa claro que o sucesso de Kate Upton é grandemente recompensador.
