Paul Newman & Joanne Woodward
The Color Of Money won Paul Newman an Oscar in 1986. Several other movies like Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid, The Life And Times Of Judge Roy Bean, and The Verdict made Paul Newman one of the finest actors in Hollywood. This multi-talented person was not happy with only one profession though. He was also a race car driver, Indycar owner, and entrepreneur. He had won several national championships in racing and found his own food company. The profit he made from it went to charities. When he met Joanne Woodward, he was still married to his first wife. But he hired a divorce attorney soon, and the two got married in 1958. They remained married till Newman’s death in 2008 – a good 50 years of marriage! They had three daughters together.
