Check Out These Breathtaking Spots That Won’t Leave You Empty-handed On Your Next Fishing Adventure

Ocracoke Island, North Carolina

Ocracoke Island is located just 12 miles from the Gulf Stream, resulting in easy access to the big game fishing spots along the island. Fish are drawn to Gulf Stream because of the warm current that moves along the Coast in the waters of the Atlantic.

Angling here is exceptionally bountiful. We can reel in some blue marlin, white marlin, wahoo, mahi-mahi, and sailfish. During winter, these waters are also inhabited by other species, such as king mackerel and bluefin tuna. The seas near Ocracoke also offer bottom fishing, where we will likely catch gray triggerfish, black sea bass, and amberjack.
