Nowy rok przyniósł tej parze znaczące zmiany! Lexi w końcu poważnie zaangażowała się w swoje postanowienie prowadzenia zdrowego stylu życia, a Danny, choć początkowo nieco niepewny, dołączył do niej w tym wyzwaniu. Choć sam także chciał zmian, brakowało mu bodźca, który skłoniłby go do działania. Lexi nie musiała długo go przekonywać – Danny również marzył o zdrowych dzieciach, z którymi mógłby spędzać czas i cieszyć się wspólną zabawą. Dla niej priorytetem było także własne zdrowie, a ich motywacje były konkretne i silne. Wkrótce oboje weszli w rytm nowego, zdrowego życia i zaczęli konsekwentnie realizować swoje plany. Ich wspólna przemiana szybko zaczęła przynosić widoczne rezultaty, dając im jeszcze większą motywację do dalszej pracy.
