A apresentadora e atriz Sherri Shepherd, ganhadora do prêmio Emmy, compartilhou como a diabetes estava afetando sua saúde lentamente. Depois de receber um ultimato de seu médico, Sherri mudou seus planos alimentares, comendo apenas alimentos sem carboidratos e sem açúcar que são ricos em nutrientes. Ela adora fazer zumba e afirma que transformou parte de sua casa em uma academia. A atriz também sempre carrega uma maçã e um pouco de manteiga de amendoim com ela para dar energia, e ela nunca exagera nos restaurantes. Sherri está determinada a cuidar de sua saúde, tendo perdido a mãe ainda jovem.
