L’INCERTEZZA DEL FUTURO DI CHERNOBYL
I bambini sono il futuro di un paese e per quanto riguarda Chernobyl, una parte della giovane generazione che è stata esposta agli elementi radioattivi è sopravvissuta ma vive con effetti collaterali. Il tasso di cancro alla tiroide è 10 volte superiore alla norma e alcuni scienziati ritengono che questi bambini potrebbero trasmettere la radioattività alla prossima generazione quando raggiungeranno una certa età. Non sappiamo quali piani abbiano per le loro polizze assicurative, ma le persone che vivono intorno alla zona del disastro nucleare hanno dato alla luce e cresciuto bambini con difetti congeniti, con un numero record di 6.000 bambini nati ogni anno con tali problemi medici. La genetica è da incolpare in questo caso.
