Martha’s Vineyard is an Island off the Cape Cod peninsula in Massachusetts. It was once a whaling center that has become a popular tourist destination and vacation hotspot for celebrities. The vineyard offers excellent shore and boat fishing for various species of fish, such as fluke, stripers, sea bass, and bonito, throughout the season.
Angling at the vineyard is a fantastic experience. The island has 124 miles of coastline, and one of the longest-running fishing tournaments, known as the “Martha’s Vineyard Striped Bass and Bluefish Derby,” is held here. While visiting the island, it is common to run into celebrities, leading to it being nicknamed “Hollywood East.”
