EIN KULTURZENTRUM OHNE AKTIVITÄTEN
Einst war dieses Auditorium im Kulturzentrum Energetika der Treffpunkt der Musik- und Theaterliebhaber der Stadt. Heute ist das Gebäude in einem baufälligen Zustand und ein verlassener und feuchter Ort. Mit seinen abgenutzten Decken und den verrotteten Holzstühlen wirkt der ganze Ort unheimlich. Da es keine Menschen gibt, die sich um die Instandhaltung und Reparatur kümmern, sieht der Kulturpalast Energetik wie eine Geistererscheinung aus und steht im krassen Gegensatz zu seinem ursprünglichen Zweck, Kunst und Kultur unter den Bürgern von Prypjat zu fördern. Und es scheint auch keine Hoffnung auf seine Wiederbelebung zu geben. Wir können uns nur zu gut vorstellen, wie belebt dieser Ort vor der Katastrophe war.
